At Fernie Youth Services we have always understood the importance of building supportive relationships with youth. For over 50 years, we have helped nurture hope and self-esteem through honest engagement and mentorship.  Our programs and our staff aim to provide guidance as well as the opportunity for young men who have been involved in the justice system. We recently sat down with Nolan Broome, who in his role as Fernie Works Supervisor has had the greatest opportunity to guide and mentor the youth we serve.
