Recently, Re/Max Hallmark Giving generously provided Fernie Youth Services with a $5,000 contribution in support of our Gift of Opportunity Campaign. Grounded in care, curiosity, and commitment to a shared vision.
Hallmark Giving was created with a clear purpose: to inspire change, both locally and globally. Since 1993, their community has raised over $2 million in support of great local and international charities that are making a difference in people’s lives.
Our connection with Hallmark Giving took shape in a simple but powerful way – through a real estate transaction involving our CEO. During the course of that exchange, the Hallmark team became curious about our work with young people across the Greater Toronto Area. A conversation turned into action – and ultimately, an opportunity to recommend that Fernie Youth Services was an organization aligned with their mission and heart for community.
What the Gift of Opportunity Means
For the young people we serve, it represents being supported by community, access to stability, and possibility during moments where life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
Contributions like these help ensure young people are not navigating challenges on their own. It allows us to continue meeting youth where they are, knowing that consistent support can change the trajectory of their life, rooted in trust and care.
